I was having a very a deep discussion with my girl pals this weekend. How to decide how much to spend on a shopping spree, what is cheap and what is expensive? The shopping budget is a personal matter; depends and varies on many factors of our life and from person to person. Usually, my shopping budget starts from $50-60 and can go for up to $900-$1100.
